The death rate has increased to 23 from a tornado that ripped through Lee County in eastern Alabama, Sheriff Jay Jones described damage as "catastrophic" based on the destruction of homes in the area.it has been confirmed that the children were among the dead and some people are still missing and search and rescue operation is still going.
